Director of Infrastructure

Title: Enterprise Tech Lead - InfrastructureLocation: New York, NY - Onsite, some WFH flexibility Duration: Full time, permanent Position Overview: Our client in the Financial Services industry is seeking to hire a dynamic and hands-on Enterprise Technology Lead to support their technology infrastructure and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Enterprise Technology. You'll ensure the systems are reliable, secure, and optimized to support business objectives. This position spearheads initiatives to support seamless business operations, ensure data security, confidentiality, and deliver a superior user experience across the organization. Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within Financial Services, with at least 3+ years in a team lead roleTechnical Skills: Network infrastructure design and administration (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls)Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or similar)Technical knowledge of IntuneOperating systems (Windows, macOS)Systems administration, user account managementSecurity software, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanningHelpdesk/ticketing systems, ITIL (or similar) frameworks Responsibilities:Network and Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network and cloud infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.IT Support and Helpdesk Operations: Manage and develop IT support operations to ensure timely and effective solutions to staff, enhancing productivity and satisfaction.Email, File Sharing, and Archiving: Manage platforms for effective communication and data management, ensuring secure and efficient access and storage.Software, SaaS, and Application Management: Manage licensing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications across the organization.End-User Device Management: Oversee the provisioning, maintenance, and support of end-user devices, ensuring they meet the company's standards and user needs.Asset Management and Inventory: Maintain accurate records of Technology assets, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
