📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
As the Head of Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in forging meaningful relationships that propel our business forward and bolster our standing in the marketplace, growing successful partnerships with some of the world's prominent technology companies.You will be responsible for growing Synechron’s revenue through technology partners by leading the team to jointly develop go-to-market plans, support joint product roadmap development, and establishing senior level relationships with partner stakeholders. Responsibilities Drive the strategy for a managed book of technology partnerships, setting clear objectives and actionable go-to-market strategies to achieve goalsIdentify and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance the company's market positionDevelop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential partners, negotiate agreements, and execute partnership initiativesFoster relationships with key stakeholders, including technology vendors, industry associations, and other relevant partnersBuild business case for proposed alliance and partner opportunitiesConduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trendsManage and track partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership teamWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to create joint marketing campaigns and collateralMitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during partnership engagementsStay informed about competitors and market dynamics to recommend adjustments to the partnerships strategyContinually scan the market for new opportunities for partnerships and direct the team on seizing such potential growth avenues
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years experience in relevant technology sector in role focused on developing and managing strategic alliances and partnershipsStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategyExcellent project management and organizational skillsFamiliarity with technology trends and a deep understanding of the company's products and servicesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
