Position: Salesforce QALocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 Days/Week)

Summary: The role is aligned to the delivery team responsible for planning, development, and delivery of Insurance products for the Benchmarks and Indices business. This is a hands-on Salesforce QA with focus on delivering results on-time, in-full to the expected quality levels. Job Responsibilities:Test Plan and Execution: Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure features operate within defined requirements within Salesforce PlatformDefect Tracking & Reporting: Identify, track, and report defects found during testing, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.Test Automation: Develop and support automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.Code Review: Review and debug code to identify and resolve issues.Translate business processes and requirements into logical and successful testing scenarios.

Job Descriptions A minimum of 7+ years of QA Developer experience on Salesforce implementationsStrong knowledge of Salesforce platform along with best practices and methodologies for testingStrong knowledge in SFDC Toolkit: flows, process builder, validation rules, Omni-Studio and custom metadata with strong hands-on experience in development practicesHigh proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, VisualForce, APEX and knowledge of APIs
