📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Must have 5-7 years of experience as a super or foremanMust be able to read estimates and manage a crew to get the plumbing work doneOversee work ranging from $5K up to $5 millionUnderstand the change order process and be able to confirm or reject themManage the project to a schedule and make sure that deadlines are metConfirm the actual conditions of the project by conducting site surveys.Maintain positive subcontractor relationshipsWork directly with the estimator to ensure the project is being completed per scopeThey must be articulate, presentable, able to attend meetings with clients, and have great communication skills and temperament is VERY importantMust work well with subcontractors and be able to interface with architects and engineers; part of their job also involves ensuring that the plumbers and mechanics arrive to their job sites on time each morningThe candidate MUST have a knowledge of plumbing, the ability to estimate, and excellent communication skills.Must be computer literate
