We are seeking a LIVE-IN PCA/HHA to join our independently owned and operated national agency. We have clients needing long-term care in Ardsley and the following areas of Mt. Vernon, White Plains, Yonkers, Eastchester, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Lower Westchester, and Bronx Counties.

As a Live-in HHA/PCA with SYNERGY Home Care, you will
Provide clients with ADLs as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobilityAssist with mobility devicesAssist with medication remindersIf requested, help with meal preparation and light housekeepingAdhere to policies and procedures set by office administrationWork with the Synergy team to make sure your clients are properly cared for

Qualifications & Requirements
UPON OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
Upon offer and acceptance of employment as required under New York industry-specific law; the Offer of Employment will be contingent on the following:
Successful completion of a thorough background screening;Successful completion of a drug screening;Successful completion of 2 professional references;A medical physical was completed within the past 10 months with clearance for habituation. Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test within the last yearHome Health Care Certification(s).
