You're the go-to person across the agency, ensuring alignment from a Client, Craft, and Culture standpoint. Your role extends beyond project oversight; you'll be instrumental in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and championing our studio's values both internally and externally.

Qualifications:15+ years in the design realm, spanning agencies or product design enterprisesDemonstrated leadership in managing design agency operations as an Executive DirectorProven track record in securing new business and cultivating diverse industry networksProficient in navigating relationships with internal senior leadership
Required Skills:Previous experience as a Design Director within a leading agency, product agency, or digital consultancyProven success in pitching and securing new business opportunitiesImpressive portfolio showcasing diverse projectsExposure to multiple industries (e.g., telecom, finance) rather than being niche-focusedPreferably a background in UX, though open to candidates from various visual design backgrounds based on relevant experience.
