Your seat at the table: Quality Assurance Manager

You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:LMA (Lead, Manage, Accountability)Maintain knowledge of current developments in area of expertiseLead a team in the development of Corrective Action & Preventative Action (CAPA) plans based on customer feedbackLead and coordinate communication between Regal Ware Divisions, Product Development, and Manufacturing to address customer quality related concernsDevelopment, Alignment, and Execution of The Quality Management System (QMS)Monitor organizational procedures to ensure proper functioningPerform inspections and audits of quality plansConduct product testing for Quality Assurance, Design Engineering and Research & DevelopmentQuality Standards Are Defined, Trained, and followed by all.Cost Reduction Road Map Developed with Metrics to track progress.Perform analysis and metrics for process quality, product quality, and customer & warranty returnsAdvise customers on technical or procedural issues and recommend any process or policy changes

We need this seat to have:Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 4-year degree.7-10 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.3+ years of experience managing a team.Ability to run meetings and present data to all leadership levels.Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.Ability to evaluate information to determine compliance with division standards.Logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to quality issues.Ability to motivate, develop, and direct team, including identifying the best people for the job.Experience working with a departmental budgetSix Sigma Black Belt highly preferred
