📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for selling a broad range of fixed income products including U.S. Treasuries, Agencies, Municipals, Mortgages, and Corporate securities to institutional investors including but not limited to Banks, Money Managers, Insurance Companies, Credit Unions, Thrifts, Mortgage Bankers, and Corporations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Utilizes existing institutional relationships to open new accounts for the firm.Builds strategic relationships with new clients.Introduces and presents all company products and services.Conducts trades and/or interacts with execution traders.Utilizes in-house resources to service the needs of clients.Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 3+ years investment sales experience
Required Certification(s): Valid Series 7 and Series 63 licenses

Experience calling on and selling to Institutional InvestorsEstablished institutional contacts and experience with fixed income productsProven ability to open and maintain client accounts and manage relationshipsStrong relationship building skillsExcellent presentation and phone skills
