Growing manufacturing company located North Houston is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the group!
Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: North Houston (77039)
Focus Includes
Process and post incoming customer payments to appropriate customer accounts Generate customer invoices and upload to customer portal Communicate with customers regarding payment status, resolve invoice discrepancies and billing inquires Monitor AR Aging report and follow up on past due payments Data entry, maintaining financial records and filing
Targeting Candidates With
1+ year of experience in an office setting, ideally in an operational accounting support role (AR/AP) with good customer service skills Must be accurate, organized, self-driven and have a knack for details! Software savvy! Sage 300 experience helpful, Excel knowledge is a MUST! Role is onsite M-F and offering $20-23/hr depending on experience
