Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage civil engineering and geotechnical design of project sites from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and meet project goals.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 7 years of proven experience in civil engineering project management, preferably in the construction industry. Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, geotechnical engineering as it relates to site development.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
