Water Resources Engineer
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
T&M Associates is seeking a highly motivated Supervising Engineer to join our Water Practice in one of the following New Jersey locations: Middletown, Bloomfield, Toms River, or Mount Laurel. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical and project management of complex multi-discipline design projects including water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, sewer conditions assessments and rehabilitations, water main replacements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.NJ PE is required. (out of state PE licenses will be considered but the candidate must be able to secure their NJ license within 6 months of hire)10+ years of experience with a focus in water and wastewater design projects.Wastewater treatment design experience is preferred.Experience in preparing and monitoring project budgets is required.Prior Project Management experience is preferred.Ability to supervise and mentor junior level engineers • Ability to work both independently and with teams, as needed.
