Orders Specialist

As the Orders Specialist, you will be responsible for Order Management/Customer Service working directly with internal and external customers to verify EDI or manually placed orders for retail customers. This position will work on domestic, international, sample, and intra-company orders and create appropriate system documents to process orders. This position will interact with all global warehouses to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in a timely and accurately manner. Summary of Duties: · Ensure customer orders are accurately entered into NetSuite and in accordance with Customer Policy· Review routing guides to make sure T3 is compliant with all customer shipping requirements· Enter orders into NetSuite ERP for non-EDI customers· Bulk processing of sample orders· Review EDI Orders for quantity & pricing accuracy as well as inventory levels· Liaise with our EU/UK warehouses and distributors to ensure proper shipping procedures are in place when shipping to international customers· Lead bi-weekly meetings to review order/shipping status and any pertinent instructions· Prepare monthly presentation regarding international shipping performance· Prepare credit report and set up new international customer accounts· Responsible for ensuring that customer information is up to date in the ERP system· Ensure that the customer has met all financial requirements prior to releasing order to fulfillment· Communicate with Third Party Logistics companies to ensure that orders are being received/processed· Investigate and solve customer problems which may be complex or elevated by order management personnel· Meet the order bookings goals and objectives for the site and ensure the order book is aligned with company revenue targets. Key contributor to execution of business unit’s sales objectives with accountability for accuracy, timeliness and completeness of order management processes· Take ownership of supporting sales team and ensuring sales orders are closed efficiently · Uphold and promote customer-centric approach· Identify opportunities and initiatives to improve customer service and streamline order processing· Contribute to sales achievements through solid partnership, efficient processes and effective communication with all sales teams· Take ownership of customer master data, billing details, POs and related communication with the customer· Work through and resolve chargebacks from retailers

Required Skills and Experience: · A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the consumer products industry · Familiarity with EDI transactions· Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)· Excellent communication skills (Written and Spoken)· Entrepreneurial spirit – team player· Organized self-starter
