Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive strategies to manage organizational change, including assessing readiness, identifying risks, and devising mitigation plans.Lead the development and implementation of communication plans to convey key messages effectively across various platforms.Provide expert guidance on communication and change management best practices, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and change management efforts, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with departments like HR, IT, and Corporate Communications to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Skills and Qualifications:5-6 years of experience in communication, with a focus on high-level strategy and techniques.Proficiency in communication framework and management.Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills.Experience working with commercial audiences and supporting communication and change related to compensation plans and technology implementations.Proactive approach to work, with the ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment.Comfortable interacting with high-level executives and capable of confidently delivering complex tasks.
Technology Requirements:Proficiency in Office365.
