Primary Responsibilities:Conduct behavioral health screenings and manage crisis situations effectively.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.Deliver counseling services to individuals and families.Provide psychosocial support to our adolescent health team.Attend community meetings as necessary to foster partnerships and awareness.Facilitate support groups tailored to teenagers' needs.Cultivate relationships with external organizations to bolster patient support systems.Offer consultations during scheduled intervals.Coordinate patient care with case managers to ensure holistic support.Contribute to Quality Assurance initiatives.Engage in supervision sessions for professional development.Maintain meticulous electronic records.Provide supervision as required for staff members.Assist in program development and patient outreach efforts.Manage internal referrals and aid reception in scheduling appointments.Oversee the consultation line for behavioral health services.Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings and weekends.Undertake additional duties as needed.
