Job Description

Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Engineering or related field plus 4 years of related experience. Prior experience must include Engage in multifaceted collaboration with stakeholders across various functions to convert complex business requirements into customized data-driven, modeling, and analytical resolutions; Frame and lead projects based on key steps in data, analytics, and machine learning lifecycle; Facilitate communication and present modeling results and findings to stakeholders including non-technical audiences; Implement and develop descriptive, predictive, prescriptive analytical/data science models to solve business questions; Mentor and aid fellow data scientists and data science community through projects and events, fostering the growth and development of data science within the organization; Formulate operational procedures to guarantee the delivery of data science work at a consistently high standard of quality. Up to 70% remote work allowed.

U.S. Base Salary Range

$108,500.00 - $170,500.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
