📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Description:Role StatementProvide outstanding customer service to our clientele by answering their questions and by recommending the appropriate items to complete customer's projects.
LocationThis position will be performed onsite at our store. Remote work is not available for this role.
ScheduleThis position will require weekend availability.
Outcomes for SuccessIn conjunction with the Store Manager, responsible for the operational performance of their assigned departmentAssists customers with product information, selection and purchase. Offers solutions for out of stock itemsMaintains department inventory, including cycle counts, in an effort to maximize sales and inventory turn.Ensures safety at all timesAssists in training department and store personnel in your assigned functions, including sales and customer service techniques.Ensures the appearance of the store's interior and exterior are maintained to standards.May perform other duties as assigned.WagesStarting wages will be based on years of experience and education.
