Sales and Service Lead
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Basic Purpose
This position is responsible for leading a team of regular and seasonal Sales and Service Specialists ensuring a consistently high level of quality customer service on all types of incoming calls, outbound calls and correspondence.
Principal Accountabilities
Support internal contact from associatesCollaborate as needed with external partnersObserve, Inquire, and Develop associatesCreate and support a fun and inspiring workplaceDeliver Training to support the changing business needsIdentify and communicate systematic opportunities to appropriate departmentStrategically and tactically own administrative tasksModel the ART of wowing customers for associates
Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills
Knowledge of and experience normally acquired through the completion of a High School diploma and a minimum 4+ years’ experience in the service industryProficiency with computers and Microsoft Office a mustStrong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.Ability to motivate and coach team members in best in practice, customer service, and sales techniques.
Must have a passion for fostering and building relationships
