Role:- Power Platform DeveloperJob Location: RemoteDuration: 2+ Months Visa Type:- No OPT/CPT
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on low-code/no-code development platforms and enterprise application development.Proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles, best practices, and methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Solid understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance requirements, with experience in establishing governance frameworks and policies.Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and driving cultural transformation towards citizen development.Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate) are highly desirable.
