As the organization continues to evolve, they are seeking a Software Engineer – ML to join their leading Research and Advanced Technology team.
Title: Software Engineer - ML
Location: 100% Remote opportunity
Salary: $110,000 – $125,000
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the backend engineering team and senior stakeholders to influence decisions and designs that drive the learning products and software solutions, shaping the strategic direction of the company.Write and review code for critical software components, ensuring the architecture supports adaptability and meets the evolving needs of the business.Identify and resolve software issues swiftly, ensuring system reliability and performance in production environments.
Requirements
2 + years working as a Software engineer working primarily the w/ Python. (70-80%) of this role will be hands on coding in Python.Experience working in a software engineering role with a focus on developing robust and scalable software systems for Machine Learning models. Experience with application containerization and services (e.g. Docker, AWS ECS, AWS ECR) to support efficient deployment and operation of software solutions.Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Postman) ensuring code quality and system reliability through comprehensive testing practices.
Additional Skills
Experience in deployment and infrastructure management using Terraform and CI/CD practices with CircleCI, to automate and enhance the deployment processes.Experience applying system monitoring tools (e.g. Sentry, Elk Stack, DataDog) to maintain and optimize software performance.
