Responsibilities
● Spearhead the strategic direction and roadmap for our client’s Payments platform, delivering forward-thinking solutions.● Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality payment products.● Conduct comprehensive market research and leverage customer feedback to drive product innovation and differentiation.● Prioritize product requirements based on market dynamics and business objectives.● Advocate for a customer-centric approach to product development, integrating user feedback into decision-making processes.● Lead product launches, including devising go-to-market strategies and conducting post-launch evaluations.● Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success and impact of payment products.● Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes shaping the payments landscape.
Requirements
● 8-10+ years of product management experience in the payment and fintech sectors.● Demonstrate a deep understanding of payment technologies and systems, including multi-tenant SaaS for Enterprise.● Showcase strong analytical skills, with a track record of leveraging metrics and KPIs to drive product strategy.● Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Demonstrate a passion for technology and innovation.● Ability to work independently and strategically.● Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in ambiguity.
