Job Title: Quality System SpecialistLocation: Waltham, MA Duration: 8+ months ContractRemote/Onsite/Hybrid: Hybrid - 2 days Remote & 3 days onsite.(Relocation Allowed or Relocation not Allowed): NA
Responsibilities:Support global Quality Systems operations for compliance and efficiency.Assist in system governance and harmonization across sites.Gather requirements for system improvements and maintenance.Manage change controls and ensure system validation.Support issue resolution and validation activities.Provide user support and training.Generate quality system metrics and support updates/releases.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.3-6 years of experience in pharma/healthcare.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Quality System processes.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines.Experience with Veeva Vault Quality Docs, Track Wise, Compliance Wire a plus.
