As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering enterprise software applications and infrastructure, supporting legislative requirements, and aligning with strategic priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and evaluate processes used by application project teams to ensure consistency and adherence to procedures.Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, resource requirements, cost estimates, and projections.Oversee deliverable quality, identifying continuous improvement measures and corrective actions as needed.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to address feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.Lead problem management, issue resolution, and risk identification and mitigation efforts.Articulate a clear vision of the application to executive management, customers, and the project team.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and objectives.Manage contract-related documents, contract management, and cost monitoring.Motivate and influence team members to ensure project success and a collaborative work environment.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:8+ years of direct project management experience.8+ years of experience working with state budgets.1+ year of experience with Azure-based products.Experience in Agile software development and release methodologies.Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and motivate teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of project management theories and practices applied to complex projects.Preferred Requirements:Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.Certified Contract Manager.Experience with Dynamics365 Customer Service Enterprise.Experience working with financial systems development teams.Ability to work outside regular hours to support project needs.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Customer-service mindset focused on meeting stakeholder needs.
