Failure Analysis Support Specialist

Our client, a global financial service and digital payments company, is seeking a Failure Analysis Support Specialist. This position is a remote 8-month contract. You must be able to work in the US and have no H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is $51.72, W2 + paid holidays through Talent Table. NO C2C. Responsibilities:Manage the coordination of FA requests on inbound, outbound, domestic, and international FA shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.Perform intake on all returned devices following SOPs.Scrub tickets for accuracy and ensure they are ready for handoff to next assignee.Own end-to-end inventory database management of all received FA devices and related accessories.Create and maintain a clean and orderly working area and storage system to enable fast lookup and handoff.Identify, prepare, and support secure scrap destruction of dispositioned units with a cross-functional team.Document, improve, and present processes to help create a scalable program.Support Hardware Lab inventory and equipment tasks. Skills:Excellent customer service skills.Strategic thinker who can see the big picture.Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing, coordinating, and maintaining field returns for multiple projects concurrently.Strong organizational skills and flexibility to work through complex or ambiguous issues that may not have an established process.Proficiency with the Google Suite and Jira.The ability to exert force and/or lift or carry items safely weighing twenty-five (25) to forty (40) pounds occasionally and up to fifteen (15) pounds frequently.3+ years of industry experience in a similar role.Equivalent work experience.
