What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage receipt and posting of cash receipts, custom invoicing, credit notes, and refunds Conduct daily collection calls/emails to customers to maintain accounts receivable aging Resolve deductions and customer inquiries related to payment issues Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns Analyze and recommend efficiency improvements in policies and procedures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma Or equivalent Required Associate's Degree Or equivalent from two-year college or technical school Required 7-9 years Experience in basic accounting terminology and AR-related functions Required 7-9 years Experience in billing and/or collections Required Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to express ideas professionally
