What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in related field Minimum of five years' relevant work experience in business development Ability to manage a proposal team of 10-30 individuals Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Master’s degree in related field Experience working in the energy sector within international development Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, French, or Arabic
