What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead change management, clarify approach to business stakeholders, and gain acceptance across units Develop comprehensive communication and training plans Facilitate information gathering and assess results, providing gap analysis and recommendations Evaluate processes and recommend improvements, including ad hoc support and reporting Build business cases for change, conducting assessments, cost/benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Three or more years of experience in business analysis or project management Experience applying processes, tools, and techniques to meet business objectives Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment Strong learning and critical thinking skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working in group insurance Experience supporting leaders and teams through complex changes Experience working with development and engineering teams
