What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Address a broad range of customer service call types including collections, sales, billing, and technical support Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers while delivering personalized recommendations Engage with Tier 3 support and third-party vendors as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues such as voice and data problems Assist customers with setting up and troubleshooting various products and services
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation Verified internet service and dedicated workspace to support business needs Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Proficiency in technical matters to efficiently assist customers and resolve escalations
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
At least one year of customer service experience preferred Call center experience preferred Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred
