What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Providing expertise or general claims support to teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjudicating Long Term Disability claims Authorizing the appropriate payment or referring claims to Team Lead or Manager for validation of adverse or over limit approvals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18+ years of age or older 1+ years reviewing and rendering initial liability determinations on Long Term Disability claims 1+ years of experience being responsible for issuing monthly payments on Long Term Disability claims Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
