What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Accurately transcribe patient profiles over the telephone, including data entry and outbound calling Obtain medically necessary documentation and process patient orders through Online Pharmacy system Resolve tracking issues, reschedule shipping orders, and verify order completeness Troubleshoot problems based on patient input and ensure timely resolution Perform other duties as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED equivalent One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment preferred Strong customer service background Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and perform simple mathematical calculations accurately
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a healthcare-related service or customer service role Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
