What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery for patients transitioning to home/AIS services Obtain all required documentation for new referrals and assist with upfront payment collection Ensure clean claims on hold and denial management by following up on missing paperwork Collaborate with cross-functional team members across sales and operations Provide support to Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of related experience Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Detail-oriented with a focus on quality Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate with team members
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous healthcare/medical billing experience preferred
