What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handling inbound calls or leads and consulting with customers on their insurance needs Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers Interacting with customers through live calls Representing the Liberty brand and connecting customers to the right products Adapting well to different environments, schedules, and customer needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service Engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
