What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact for non-revenue related requests from PCC guests Efficiently handle incoming department calls through the phone queue Make outbound calls to PCC guests to maintain high communication standards Assign incoming new guest leads evenly among PCCs Step in to resolve problems in the absence of the assigned PCC
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service or sales roles Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred Strong product and POLAR knowledge, ability to become proficient in Siebel Strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively interact with individuals at all levels Self-motivated, quick learner with excellent organization skills
