Certified Product Owner or similar certification Prior experience in Voice of Customer enterprise implementation Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate product teams Advanced skills in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Experience working in large, complex organizational initiatives
