What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify compliance, legal, and operational risk areas, and evaluate associated risks Develop risk-based test plans addressing regulatory requirements and internal controls Conduct meetings and interviews with business units to understand processes Perform data queries and provide analysis to support testing objectives Communicate results of reviews to leadership through written reports and presentations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or internal audit Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Ability to write data queries and analyze large data sets Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CIA, CRCM, or CAMS certification preferred Experience communicating with all levels of management In-depth knowledge of financial services or retail industry regulations
