What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with the development of a strategic plan for business development and expansion of National Accounts Act as the first point of contact for customers calling in for inclusion in the National Program Provide support and recommendations for National Account pricing and bid procedures Ensure the highest level of service quality for National Accounts Identify and implement solutions for system and workflow improvements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; 2-year college degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a center handling customer inquiries and product fulfillment Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate others Proficient with Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new programs
