What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide project-, program-, and/or initiative-related direction and guidance for other specialists Implement key quality strategies, including provider, member, and community interventions Monitor and ensure completion of key quality activities for reporting and presentation Write narrative reports to interpret regulatory specifications and document findings Lead quality improvement activities, meetings, and discussions within the organization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare with 2 years in health plan quality improvement Demonstrated solid business writing experience Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio Active, unrestricted Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 year of experience in Medicare and in Medicaid Experience with data reporting, analysis, and/or interpretation Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN may be preferred for specific roles)
