AUTOSAR Engineer

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (100% onsite)

We are working with one of our most amazing clients who is a global technology company with offices in the USA, Spain and India. Our client is an SAP partner specializing in providing niche SAP project/consulting services and Enterprise Mobility services. As a part of this role, you will help in configuring the vector AUTOSAR stack and help in maintaining the stack for changes.

The Role - What you'll do:

Support and mentor new engineers through training, reviews, and collaboration.Configure Vector AUTOSAR stack for internal ECU module per customer expectation.Maintain and update AUTOSAR stack per changes coming in (internal and external) to update the ECU moduleWork directly with customers and suppliers to develop and manage designs, requirements, specifications, etc.Participate in Agile Scrum teams through sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and daily standups.Support engineering in new product development and managing lessons learned.Write C Code to meet functional and technical specifications.Perform peer reviews on all artifacts during the lifecycle of a project.Code compliance to MISRA-C, CERTC and customer coding guidelines.Create and maintain software architecture and detailed designs.Support Test Lab functional test requirements.Support manufacturing regarding inline product testing methods, specifications, and equipment selection.Investigate alternative suppliers of electronic content for non-directed-buy suppliers for future products.Evaluate, assess, and troubleshoot electronics content contained in the core product base.Sounds exciting? Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding and experience of AUTOSAR conceptsLed and/or Participated in multiple AUTOSAR configuration/integration ECUsExperience in using Vector Davinci or similar tools for AUTOSARUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and ASPICEBachelor of Computer or Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Science, or related fieldSoftware design experience is preferred5+ years of work experience, automotive experience is preferredAbility to launch and lead software development with some supervisionAbility to work with Global TeamsAbility to work effectively within a team oriented environmentSelf-motivated / self-starter with the ability to find creative solutionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalReady to know the benefits that come with this opportunity?
