Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance and consulting services for pass-through entities and high net worth individuals.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals.Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, including analysis of tax implications related to business transactions and investments.Research and interpret tax regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies for clients.Communicate effectively with clients to address tax-related inquiries and provide strategic tax advice.Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax compliance and consulting for pass-through entities and high net worth individuals.Proficiency with CCH Prosystem is preferred but not required.Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations related to pass-through entities, individual taxation, and tax planning strategies.
