A health center in Queens is looking for a Primary Care Physician to be its sole provider in helping develop and expand the site.
About the OpportunitySchedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/weekHours: 9-5 pm standard hours Setting: Outpatient Patient Population: Adults (16+)
Responsibilities
The Primary Care Physician will:Provide primary care services to patients 16+ Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditionsHelp build out the new primary care site
Qualifications:Current unrestricted NYS medical licenseUnrestricted DEA certificate, Infection Control and Basic Life Support certificationsBoard Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD or DO)
