Position – Senior Program Manager (Functional)Location – Philadelphia, PA (Onsite) JD8-10 yrs. of experienceCore skills :Experience in embedded / device software development space, should be self-starter and core program delivery skills.Support initiatives for partners relationships, squad/ scrum support: bug burn downs, ceremonies, crew, and squad met.Candidates will be part of Program Management OfficeExperience in cable/telecom ,RDK,CPE devices preferred.Experience in Release ManagementExperience in Agile processes, Acting as Scrum master, Scrum, host meeting, share status reports and communication between division & engineering teams.Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and reports. Present status and report to Senior Management Team.Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management.Must possess strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.Expert in project management and MS office toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Executive leadership communication.
