Senior Site Superintendent - Abatement
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
GENERAL DESCRIPTIONPrime on-site contact for projects who will oversee and coordinate all day-to-day aspects of the projects. Responsible for all on-site abatement activities with guidance from management may make decisions and/or commits resources to facilitate the successful implementation of each project. Responsible for abatement personnel to adhere to State and Federal Regulations for all abatement activities.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSStrong customer service skills and strong persuasion skills;Extensive professional experience requiring ability to communicate effectively as a leader;Ten plus years of supervising asbestos abatement projects;Thorough knowledge of abatement equipment and its capabilities and safe work practices;Valid Michigan Driver’s License with clean driving record and insurable in accordance with Company’s current auto insurance carrier; CDL license will be needed.
EDUCATIONAL / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS40 Hour Asbestos Abatement Training and Refreshers.Valid State of Michigan Asbestos/Supervisor License.
