• Responsible for day-to-day management of ecommerce store including:· Strategy, product information, promotions, content update, product updates, SEO, and digital marketing efforts· Reporting to the VP of Marketing you will work closely with marketing, merchandising, technology and fulfillment teams.· Coordinate product photography and descriptions· Work closely with merchandising team to develop merchandising strategies to drive profitable growth· Optimize website for SEO· Provide website analytics and reporting with recommendations for future enhancements· Manage the day-to-day relationship with ecommerce agency· Implement and adhere to brand standards provided by vendor partners· Update vendor content as required and necessary· Responsible for website lead generation efforts· Meet ecommerce revenue goalsSkills required:· Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.· 3-5 years of previous ecommerce experience· Strong grasp of ecommerce technology· Experience in Shopify platform· Understanding of SEO best practices· Ability to clearly communicate across departments· Must have entrepreneurial spirit and be eager to drive growth in our ecommerce business.· Willingness to work some weekends and evenings as needed to support our ecommerce business.· Critical thinker with creative problem solving skills.· Strong project management experience· A team player with a “Play to Win” attitude· Willingness to work hard and have fun· Respect for diversity, community, and family.Working Environment:· Office environment· Position requires after hours and weekend work as needed.EOE M/F D/VThis description is intended to describe the type and level of work being performed by a person assigned to this job.
