Tarvos Talent is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager for a client located in West Austin. The Accounting Manager will join a rapidly growing tech company that truly takes care of their employees. This position presents a unique opportunity for career advancement, with a well-defined trajectory towards a Controller role within our rapidly expanding organization. This is a fully in-office role with great flexibility and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, leading a team of junior accountants, and contributing to strategic planning. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the development and implementation of effective financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with all relevant regulations.
The Accounting Manager will need to have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years of experience, and excellent management skills. A CPA is highly desired.
