📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Tarvos Talent is seeking an HR Manager for a client located in Austin, TX. The HR Manager is open as a result of growth at a globally recognized cybersecurity firm. The HR Manager will have the exciting opportunity of making the HR Manager role their own by establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures. This role is integral to the firm's operations and its continued success, requiring a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the importance of human capital in achieving business objectives.
The HR Manager will be responsible for onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management. They will also manage the recruitment process, conduct periodic pay surveys, oversee employee terminations and investigations, and process payroll.
The HR Manager will need to have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Development, or a related field, 5+ years of experience, and PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
