Should have experience of working on Production Support projects with SLA’s.Experience of working on Linux.Troubleshooting of Linux based processes.Knowledge of Unix commands and scripting experience.Understands the support workflow at different levels L1 /L2/L3 and Business teams.Worked on any job scheduling tools like Autosys ,Tidal ,ControlM.Used any tool for workflow tracking like Service Now.Experience in Finance Domain.Should have experience of working in Finance domain based projects.Should understand the Trade lifecycle and the different stages involved.
