Skill: Windows Application Production Support
Should be able to login to Windows hosts and able to check the logs and other parameters for debugging.Should have knowledge of IIS, MSTSC and Services on Windows hosts.Should have knowledge of diskpart, tracert, netstat, perfmon, net stop, net start ,Share Permissions, NTFS Permissions, Perfmon.Ability to schedule tasks and configure services on windows hosts.Knowledge on working on Linux would be good to have.Should know the basic commands in Linux and their usage like grep, find, ls, echo etc.Good Communication Skills.
