Tatcha Account Executive - Chicago

What We Need

We are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team . In this role, you will support training, education, and sales for Tatcha in Sephora stores in the Chicago and Midwest Region, basing operations out of Chicago.

Each Day At Tatcha Is Different With New Problems To Solve And Tasks To Tackle, But Here Is An Idea Of Some Of The Things You Will Work On

Hitting sales targets and KPI objectivesGenerating sell-through via selling and trainingReinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactionsMaximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for eventsConducting training for all stores in the regionPerforming one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basisPartnering closely with Tatcha Headquarters and communicating insights from the field in a timely mannerTracking budgets and expensesStaffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary

Qualifications

5+ years in cosmetics and beauty Training and education experience in the beauty industry Retail store experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with Sephora Training and education experience in skincare

The Details

The expected base salary range for this position is $70K to $80K. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
