📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Tatum has been engaged by a Fort Worth, TX based Private Equity backed Practice Management client who is in need of an Fractional CFO. Our client is a sub $50Mil revenue business who manages over 25 - 30 different practices. We anticipate this role being hybrid with heavier hours needed during the sales process with your day to day responsibility of taking over the financial leadership of the company for the next 6-9 months and available to start by the first week of May.
Must Have:Multi-Site experience in either Physician Practices / Dental Service Organization / Practice Management backgroundPrivate Equity backed company experience Sale side exit (prep for sale, financial package prep with investment bankers, data room, due diligence support, QofE support)Can work on client site when neededAvailable to start by first week of May.
