📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Treasury Manager - $125,000 to $135,000 plus bonus
Excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company in the suburbs of Lancaster County as their Treasury Manager. This position will manage a team of 4 and will report to a hiring manager who our firm placed (for this company) back in 2017.
Our client observes a HYBRID work schedule in which employees may work 3 days a week remotely.
The Treasury Manager will be responsible for company-wide cash management, debt management, investment and deferred compensation related matters and all other treasury operations. The Treasury Manager will be responsible to maintain cash flow forecast and proactively engage the leadership team to address risks and opportunities - ensuring sufficient liquidity for business operations, growth plans and potential market volatility.

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of treasury experience is required. CTP, MBA and / or CPA is preferred but not required. Please email
