Day-to-Day:Heavy call-based, professional sales environment.Qualified inbound calls seeking our services.Client retention and presentation of tax resolutions for servicing fees.
What We Want:Sales experience and industry experience preferred: mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, and/or personal finance.Previous call-center setting experience along with polished communication skills.Superior multi-tasking and time management skills.Exercise patience over the phone with the ability to identify client mindset and motivations.Previous experience with CRM softwares and Microsoft Office Suite along with a high degree of computer proficiency.
